This analyst will provide a combination of administrative and analytical support.  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing an inbox, routing emails and information requests as appropriate;
  • Tracking and reporting on general status of emails and information requests through daily and weekly reports;
  • Answering emails with a professional response;
  • Excellent business writing, oral communication and time management skills.
  • Developing of standard operating process and procedures; and
  • General administrative duties as needed.

Candidate must have:

  • 0-3 years of experience and a BA/BS degree.
  • Customer service orientated, focused and extremely responsive and energetic.
  • Ability to craft professional, precise, personalized emails that address customer concerns
  • Attention to process detail and numbers (e.g., for tracking metrics, budget data, etc.)  
  • Good data organization and self-management is required.
  • Agility to operate and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good collaboration skills, multi-tasking and a team-oriented attitude. Individual will work primarily with a small client team, with opportunity to collaborate with other GDIT team members for some work.
  • Knowledge of federal budget and human capital process is a plus.
  • Interest and experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
