At GDIT, people are our differentiator. The ACD Administrator works as a member of the ACD Team who operates and maintains the Genesys (ACD) Automated Call/Communications Distribution for the JSP ACD Customer base.  This position manages call groups and programs call flow routing by configuring and programming ACD servers. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Perform system maintenance, install system patching, maintain STIG conformity, and perform backups
  • Assist with remote station configurations for users
  • Maintain ACD license management and assignment
  • Produce ACD reporting for program and client requirements
  • Perform ACD customer service by resolving Remedy break-fix and change tickets

Additional ACD Team duties are to maintain and update documentation for:

  • User and Station Licenses
  • License assignment
  • Visio Drawings of the ACD System with the assistance of Network Engineers
  • Applications in addition to the I3 CIC ACD Applications
  • Server information to include:
  • Warranty Information
  • Operating Systems Installed on each Server
  • Operating Systems and Patches
  • Domain Controller and Exchange Servers IAVMs

Required Skills:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security+ CE certification
  • Genesys Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE)
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • BA/BS in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
