Required skills and demonstrated experience:
Demonstrated experience installing applications on Windows Servers and Desktops
Demonstrated experience with maintenance of server environment coupled with video recording equipment
Demonstrated experience with Windows Active Directory
Demonstrated experience deploying software via SCCM or MECM
Demonstrated experience with third party software maintenance products
Demonstrated experience with third party software deployment products
Demonstrated experience installing and maintaining Apple Devices
Demonstrated experience with enterprise applications and networks
Demonstrated experience with the systems and network accreditation process
Demonstrated experience with Office products
Demonstrated experience with server maintenance and ID generation
Highly Desired skills and demonstrated experience
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
Demonstrated experience patching servers and desktops with latest Sponsor releases
Demonstrated experience with Cisco Meraki
Demonstrated experience with Apple Devices
Demonstrated experience Apple TV connectivity to PC and Mac devices
Demonstrated experience developing and managing a Microsoft Azure environment
Demonstrated experience with desktop support for language learning software
