Our work depends on Project Lead for medium sized team. joining our team to support one of our Maryland customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functions as the liaison between the customer, projects and staff. 
  • Provides administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s). 
  • Review’s status of projects, manages schedules, tracks metrics and prepares status reports.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 
  • Coordinate’s development of monthly deliverables and products and ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. 
  • Participates in special projects.


  • Strong customer relationship building experience
  • Experience with JIRA applications is a plus
  • Proficient using Excel
  • Effective administrative, management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High School diploma/GED with 10-years of related experience, or Associates degree with 8-years of experience, Bachelors degree with 6-years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4-years of experience
  •  Must have active TS/SCI with Poly
