Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The MCNOSC PKI team is searching for a PKI Registration Authority to join their team in Quantico, VA.

The PKI RA section is a fast-paced work environment providing PKI support for the implementation, maintenance and up keep of the DoD/NSS/USMC Public Key Infrastructures through Trusted Agents, and  End-User, administrator and server certificates. The organization serves as the only PKI Enterprise help desk in the USMC providing professional and courteous support to customers located throughout the world to include tactical environments.

You will:

  • Serve as RAs and Key Recovery Agents.
  • Maintain support for creation and removal of Trusted Agents.
  • Issue  and Execute certificate revocation end user certificates.
  • Resolve customer issues related to PKI certificate use and system configuration.
  • Serve as the Liaison between the MCNOSC and the field Trusted Agent staff for the resolution of issues elevated to the MCNOSC call center.
  • Manage the production and issuance of DoD SIPR Tokens and USMC Alternate PKI Tokens
  • Assist Program of Record (POR) application owners with integration of current USMC PKI enabling technologies.
  • Assist in Trusted Agent and end user PKI training.
  • Maintain and update required PKI certificate issuance, revocation, and key recover actions; Perform metric collection and reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years of relevant RA support experience
  • Security+ certification
  • DISA RA and KRA Credentials a plus
  • ITILv3 Foundations – certified or must be able to obtain within six months of starting
  • Secret clearance
