The resource assigned to this office would report directly to the Chief and Team Lead. Nature of work is primary transactional to serve as a POC for incoming customer questions and help facilitate workflow with analysts using the assignment tool. Candidate needs to have good verbal and written communication skills due to high volume of emails and phone calls. Standard schedule is required. Additional hours required on occasion, ·but advance notice will be provided. Keep management abreast of complex issues and events impacting the office. Candidate must maintain awareness of all assignments in queue and monitor completion to provide status to management and customers. The candidate will receive on the job training. Candidate will focus addressing customer inquiries and managing workflow and not processing requests.
