Responds to inquiries received through phone, email, or face-to-face contact with a customer about the company, products, or services in a timely and accurate manner.

Tracks questions and answers via a computer, as well as enter orders.

Escalates more complex questions to more experienced specialists.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: HS/GED, 1+ years of experience

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022 or the start date, if after January 18. Individuals who work in or reside in Texas or Montana or work outside of the United States may be excluded from this requirement.
