Play a role in the design and implementation of the Knowledge Management architecture.
Execute knowledge management functions including creation of knowledge portal sites, knowledge audits, process analysis, and system performance monitoring.
Identify areas where technical solutions can be applied to improve the customer’s efficiency and effectiveness for both IT systems and business processes.
Perform web application software development duties with varied programming languages and on multiple platforms.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries and troubleshoot technical issues with SharePoint users while maintaining proper access controls.
Design and deploy SharePoint forms and migrate workflows off of InfoPath.
Automate installation, maintenance, monitoring, and operations activities through scripting.
Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities
Support dissemination of intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Participate in special projects as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with at least two years of directly related experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience.
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint required. Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification.
