Job Description

This is a pipeline req. Candidate can be uncleared but will need to successfully undergo a security clearance investigation with polygraph before starting.

Job Description:

File Maintenance Records personnel are responsible for the processing and tracking of documentation pertaining to security background investigation requests from military, civilian and industrial sources.

File Maintenance Contractor tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The Contractor shall track files released to other facilities
  • The Contractor shall conduct a biannual file audit and report findings to the USG
  • The Contractor shall create and maintain files as required
  • Management personnel are responsible for the processing and tracking of documentation pertaining to security background investigation requests from military, civilian and industrial sources. File Maintenance Contractor tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The Contractor shall track files released to other facilities
  • The Contractor shall conduct a biannual file audit and report findings to the USG
  • The Contractor shall create and maintain files as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related administrative experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
  • Database data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
