Come join our GDIT team working as a remote Cloud Hosting and Migration Architect with our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer.  The selected candidate will assess database load requirements for a cloud migration effort. 

Responsibilities also include:
- Providing architect level support for the design, development, and deployment of cloud environments.
- Providing senior level review of project plans and designs.
- Providing overview of plans to ensure consideration for STIG compliance, storage size, growth, throughput requirements, audit requirements, IOPS, and access requirements.
- Providing support for reporting and information audits as needed.
- Providing senior level scheduling and reach back support for team members, to include; network engineers, firewall, cybersecurity personnel, database administrators, and systems administrators.
- Providing ticket remediation and reach back support when needed.
- Providing input and assistance for the deployment of a new IL5 cloud hosted environment.
- Providing cyber security review and analysis of project architecture, deployment, and migration plans.
- Assisting in the development of disaster recovery plans.


Requirements:
- Ten (10) years progressive IT experience.
- TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
- A DoD 8570 compliant IAT II level certification (Ex: Sec+ CE)
- One of the following certifications: ITIL or PMP
AND
- Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or Oracle WebLogic Server 12c or higher
