GDIT is seeking a Red Hat Senior Systems Engineer who will be a key part of a team that designs, builds, and supports an enterprise Government high value asset system using cutting edge products and tools. The position is located at a modern, GDIT data center facility located in Manassas, VA.
The Red Hat Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of system operation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience with:
Red Hat Linux Administration
Windows Server Administration
And some experience and the willingness to learn:
Red Hat Virtualization
Red Hat Certificate Service
Palo Alto Firewalls
Active Directory Administration
F5 LTMs
Splunk
Ansible
VMware
NetApp Storage Administration
LDAP
PKI
Nessus / Security Center
FISMA
SharePoint
Technical Writing
Must have:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Relevant IA and Product Certifications
Willingness for Periodic On-Call Duty
Ability to write clear, detailed, and accurate system documentation
