Review curriculum and course materials for participants and facilitators including instruction, exercises, evaluations, activities, job aids and all other required materials, in accordance with business requirements. Interacts with different teams and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Evaluates materials during development for instructional alignment and appropriate styles and specifications.

  • Assist with analyzing curriculum learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.
  • Work in a classified areas
  • Assist in editing the concept for course or curriculum, ensure the needs for the course are met, the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
  • Use metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Also possesses interpersonal and teaming skills.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
