Performs technical tasks and provides site support.
Modifies, moves, and installs new equipment.
Prepares and presents incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager.
Provides advice and onsite training for customer support personnel.
Performs electro / optical / mechanical assembly and testing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 1+ years of experience
