The AA is expected to establish proficiency in a variety of administrative support
elements while relying on fellow AAs, MSAs, the GTM, and their senior managers for guidance. The bulk of the responsibilities are administratively transactional and the AA will be asked to be proactive, resourceful, and a positive individual who is able to represent their primary department to visitors of all levels of seniority. Core hours are expected to be at minimum of 0900-1500 with flexibility around those limes for arrival/departure. No travel is required for this position. The AA should be able to perform back-up duties for other offices within the work unit to ensure administrative support coverage.
