1. Provides advanced analytical and technical support to Command and Control (C2) Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTPs) and related system assessments or integration projects. 2. Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. 3. Gathers, processes, and analyzes system performance, interoperability and operational utilization data. 4. Assists with the testing and evaluation of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. 5. Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes. 6. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, assessment plans, reports, presentations, and training materials. 7. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. 8. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. 9. Participates in special projects as required
Education/Equivalent Training Required Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
Required Qualifications 1. 5 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience. 2. Demonstrated experience with Service and/or Joint command and control (C2). 3. Demonstrated experience in the preparation and execution of detailed C2 tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and related system analysis, authoring interim and final reports, and presentation of analysis data. 4. Demonstrated experience in testing and evaluating C2 systems and TTPs.
Unique/Additional Requirements 1. Experience with and able to operate C2 systems in a laboratory environment. Types of systems include: Global Command and Control – Joint (GCCS-J), Global Command and Control – Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (GCCS-I3), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Advance Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS), or other C2 military systems. 2. Experience with multi-domain/all-domain data sharing. 3. Experience preparing written deliverables; a working knowledge of editing documents and preparing comment review matrices. 4. Excellent communications and analytical skills; a working knowledge of computers systems and integrated software application programs (MS Office suite). 5. Position will require some travel. 6. Position will require the ability to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
