As a Business Process Analyst Associate at GDIT you will have the opportunity to integrate relationships between business units and central corporate functions to ensure success in meeting business and corporate goals and objectives while supporting the VA NEDIIS program. You will utilize your project management and organizational skills to promote organizational goals to completion. Responsibilities

  • Collect information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports
  • Produces reporting on an as needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Communicates complex data through comprehensive methods
  • Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs
  • Assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
  • Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
  • Various duties that enhance the productivity and procedures of the company

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Areas of emphasis include

  • An intermediate or above level of proficiency with MS Office products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Demonstrated experience regularly creating, maintaining, interpreting, and troubleshooting data heavy reporting
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 0+ years of experience
