Provides advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the ATO conducts business. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets as well as support on planning, developing and implementing strategic plans and schedules; communication planning; develop, coordinate and obtain senior level management input and approval for planning agendas, logistics and communication of planning session; capturing and managing action item status. This activity will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Duties may include program and organizational analysis and process mapping to identify barriers to achieving ATO goals and objectives, and advisory and analytical support for ATO-wide communication strategies. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management. Supports creation of cost estimates for procurement actions. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
