At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Business Analyst Advisor supporting the TSS ServiceNow Team, you will be trusted to conduct research, data analysis, and implementation for assigned ServiceNow projects.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Work as part of an established team supporting several different clients with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow instances.
Serve as a translator between technical teams and the client's business community to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.
Work directly with stakeholders, requiring the ability to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing as many stakeholders work remote.
Performs project management (PM) functions in accordance with PM best practices for integration of Navy CIO project initiatives, including system installation/service support, oversight, and maintenance.
Provides IT Service management responsibilities, to include mobile service management support, asset management validation, and transition management oversight (i.e., seat refresh & OS Refresh).
Provide suggestions to improve project execution and complete project deliverables on behalf of the TSS ServiceNow staff.
Organize, direct, coordinate, and communicate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects, including configuration management, change management, and resource coordination.
Applies technical and project management expertise in collaboration with other team members to develop requirements, identify tasking, manage project execution, recognize, report, and remediate issues representing schedule risk.
In addition to supporting all phases of the project, this position will also be responsible for authoring content and peer reviewing a wide array of documents, including functional, technical, training as well as marketing, and proposals.
BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant experience in IT, Business Administration, or Service Delivery Management.
4+years of experience in ServiceNow.
Must have a strong technical understanding of ServiceNow at the functional and administrative level.
Excellent written communication skills.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.
Experience with HR Service Delivery module.
Project Management Institute (PMI), Agile Scrum, ITIL or other industry recognized certifications.

The likely salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
