Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows 2012/2016/2019 operating systems. Insure Army Cyber compliance. of all gateway systems to include application of Microsoft patches and IAVM requirements. Hands on and remote administration/maintenance of multiple remotely deployed Windows Servers . Manage/maintain multiple servers that act as master templates for deploying remote systems. Clone and deploy physical and virtual systems for shipment to remote sites. Update or supplement existing systems documentation as needed. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies to enhance operations where possible.
Assist lead administrator in management of a standalone development environment consisting of Windows servers and workstations for approximately 35 users.
Required experience
Strongly desired experience:
MS SQL Server installation/support experience a plus
Admin experience in a DoD or DISA environment a plus
Candidate must be able to obtain or maintain a minimum SECRET level security clearance.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
