ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter Identity Threat Management Coordination Specialist that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic customer. Responsible for the following: Building and maintaining relationships with numerous partner organizations; gathering submissions from those organizations with the intent of consolidating actions and performing data entry; monitoring results and making changes to previous submissions; compiling information from existing database systems and other documented sources to prepare and submit the combined dataset for data processing; provide aggregate reports among other products from various data sources to satisfy requested periodic oversight of information or answer specific questions on either a periodic or ad-hoc basis; work with existing technical points of contact to create and maintain relevant reports to support periodic requests. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in addition to 3-5 years of experience supporting Special Operations in identity threat mitigation related fields. In lieu of bachelor's degree, must have at least 7 years relevant experience.



  • Ability to quickly understand and operate various data focused systems.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint based data input forms in addition to operating in other websites and systems.
  • Establish and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc distribution runs between partner organizations to gather actions and related material.
  • Proficiency in communicating data query requirements to other support personnel.
  • Ability to review large amounts of data to determine required actions and potential trends.
  • The position requires excellent interpersonal and writing skills in addition to exceling at problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.


  • Familiarity with identity threat mitigation systems a plus.
  • Completion of ATC a plus
