  • Leader and coach for Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering products that meet Product Owner’s requirements.
  • Facilitates demos, Release Planning Events (RPEs), communicate with the Government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Manage, maintain the RPE objectives and ensure that they are communicated and well understood by all the Government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Track the execution of Epics, Features, Story Points, and capabilities.
  • Provide analysis of costs, product delivery schedule, and quality of product deliveries.
  • Oversee and track the delivery and analysis of all agile development metrics and performance indicators as they are outlined in the ADMP.
  • Lead and mentor Scrum teams, Scrum Masters in optimization of cost and improving quality of products delivered.
  • Work with Product Owners, and contractor stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignments.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One of the following Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, ICP-ACC, etc.)
  • 6 years of SAFe, Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Experience using Agile tracking tools, preferably Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Geospatial exploitation tools: ENVI, ArcGIS.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Profession in the Agile Scrum Principles.
  • Requirements analysis to validate requirements and/ or recommend changes.
  • SAFe Agilist or other SAFe Certification.
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of relevant work experience
  •  Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Capacity to work well in groups and the ability to lead a team.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous service improvement.
  • Experience in utilizing diverse metrics to drive team improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
