Join GDIT, an experienced leader in U-2 operations. We are pursuing this new opportunity and are in need of a Resource Readiness Controller (Training Specialist) for Beale AFB, CA.

Responsibilities

The Resource Readiness Controller will provide support to the Program Manager as required.  Will serve as the principle advisor to the organization commander on all issues related to training readiness and execution.  Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and ensuring the execution and training readiness of aircrew and ground training requirements for all Squadron-assigned personnel. 

Requirements

  • Three plus (3+) years experience managing personnel training
  • Five plus (5+) years experience with computer based training and integrated management systems
  • Secret clearance is REQUIRED


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
