Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes and prepares pricing proposals in response to customer requests for proposals. 
  • Interfaces with technical personnel to analyze estimates of labor and non-labor item.
  • Works with Capture Manager in development of price strategy, using what-if analyses, profit & loss, and cash-flow analyses
  • Ensures the timely generation of pricing submissions and compliance with solicitation requirements and established review / approval process.
  • Utilizes overall knowledge of company bid-rate structure to complete assignments within extremely tight and strict proposal schedules. 
  • Prepare compliant and competitive cost and pricing volume, establishing and coordinating schedules, cost/price model development, and cost narrative in coordination with Pricing Manager/Pricing Director.
  • Assist in verbal and written briefings on pricing strategy, pricing proposal assumptions and requirements to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Writes effective, clear, concise correspondence. 
  • Interacts effectively with internal clients.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word applications.
  • Team player who performs well under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency with the flexibility to quickly adjust to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Government contract pricing (T&M, CPAF, CPFF, FFP)
