  • Support Tasks: - Provide support for overarching program management, training guidance, policy, oversight and planning in the implementation of the Navy’s JNTC accredited training programs. - Provide management support to the planning and execution of the Navy's JNTC training programs in accordance with the JTS as outlined in Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Instruction 3500.01H, Joint Training Policy for the Armed Forces of the United States, CJCS Manual 3500.03E and the Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States. - Provide subject matter expertise of the FRTP, FTC, 7FTP and joint training program. - Coordinate JNTC resources for all phases of the JTS requirements identification, planning, execution and assessment) in support of the FST, COMPTUEX/JTFEX, and AWF training programs. - Assist JNTC program manager with programmatic and execution, development of fiscal guidance and planning documents (program execution plan (PEP), program goals and objectives, PEP budget request, requirement execution request), support for budget execution program issue reviews, production of JNTC quarterly reports, collection of service data in support of the joint assessment and enabling capability, coordination of joint context requirements and scheduling support for Navy's three (3) JNTC accreditation/certification (A/C) training programs (FST/JTFEX/AWF) in accordance with the JTCC. - Coordinate, validate, prioritize and synchronize Navy service training requirements among other services requirements within joint context. - Coordinate, validate, prioritize and synchronize Navy and joint training requirements among partner nation training requirements in bilateral and multilateral training events. - Facilitate bilateral and multilateral after action reviews and lessons learned resultant of training and certification events. - Determine synergies, joint training objectives, integrate scenarios, participants, programs and activities in JNTC events. - Coordinate Navy`s JNTC program accreditation, certification and mitigation process in support of the FST, COMPTUEX/JTFEX and AWF training programs. - Serve on boards, committees, and other groups pertaining to assigned functional areas and represent the Navy on matters pertaining to joint training. - Provide, as required, a JNTC mid-year report of the Navy's joint efforts in the approved format as provided. - Provide, as required, a JNTC annual report of the Navy's joint efforts in the approved format as provided for the year completed.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years Resource Band experience. Example: 8 years of experience required- No degree + equivalent (2) years additional resource band experience = total 10 years of experience required.8+ years required   Experienced subject matter expert for respective task requirements (e.g. Academics, Warfare Area(s), Program or Policy support). Experience managing/ prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.  Experience as Team and/or project leaders. Experience leading working groups and cross functional teams. Experience leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables. Experience engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level. Experience conducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.    We are GDIT.
