Supports team in developing and implementing eLearning modules for all global learning in the program, including select departments.
Participates in skill building sessions – i.e., facilitation, training, design, and delivery.
Interpret learning needs and through collaboration with subject matter experts and independent research, support the development of effective, high-quality training materials.
Designs and develops learning materials (job aids, hand-outs, PPTs, videos, audios, etc.) using a variety of principles to enhance online learning effectiveness.
Assist with developing instructional content such as storyboards and scripts.
Uses a variety of software packages for graphics, animations, edits, interactive video and audio recordings.
Evaluates program learning efficiency by identifying and gathering performance improvements metrics.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.61 - $26.07, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
