The SA will work with another SA as a cohesive element each with a specific portfolio of principals to support. Both shall back each other up due to absences or work requirements as mission needs dictate. Duties include: -Provide overall administrative support to 6 Managers consisting of 3 Division Chiefs and their deputies. -Maintain and deconflict weekly schedules for department and division level meetings -Provide read-ahead books for weekly staff meetings, career service panels, monthly reviews, hiring panels -Assisting with hiring and selection processes such as scheduling interview with candidates -Employee Check-In/Check-Out -Timekeeper support for employee timecards using Sponsor Timekeeping System -Backup duties as required to the other SA. -Logistics requests to include PTI, paper orders, special requests, Medallions, furniture orders -Event planning and logistics -Office moves and other renovation projects -Office mail (incoming & outgoing) The SA core hours are 0800 - 1630, unless adjustment are approved by the GPOC. There are occasional requirements to lift weights less than 50 lbs. There are infrequent travel requirements to travel to other buildings. There is no anticipated TDY requirements.
