At GDIT, our people are at the center of everything we do. As a Senior Software Developer supporting Minerva and other EPM projects, you will be expected to work on tools like Denodo, PLSQL Development, Tableau and OBIEE. Working knowledge of Linux and Window servers is required for scheduling and maintenance of applications.
Our work depends on a Senior Software Developer joining our team to support Business Intelligence /Program Support activities at GDIT (Chantilly/Fairfax).
** This is a HYBRID position, candidates should be a commutable distance from Chantilly, VA**
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with different internal IT teams like Network security, Linux, One Identity to maintain application (Support patching and troubleshoot issues if any on servers)
Research new tools and solutions to deliver different data sources for reporting needs
Work with external vendors to troubleshoot issues or log tickets for support
Work with business users to understand requirements and translate to design and final output
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
Bachelor's degree plus ten(10) years related IT/data analytics experience OR fifteen years related experience in lieu of the degree.
Excellent Oracle PLSQL Skills.
Working knowledge of Windows & Linux environments.

Denodo data management experience.
Tableau Admin/Developer skills

Experience working with RAAS (reporting as a service) and JSON data in ETL.
