GDIT is seeking Program Analyst preferably with active secret clearance in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.
The Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV) is a new combat vehicle required to address emerging requirements by integrating critical enabling technologies on close combat platforms in order to ensure continued overmatch against peer threats while maintaining growth margins that allow continued and periodic capability upgrades. OMFV will provide lethality overmatch, vehicle survivability, improved operational and tactical mobility, and reduced logistical burdens, allowing commanders on future battlefields to operate more effectively in unrestricted, restricted, compartmentalized, and dense urban terrain. While in contact, the OMFV will protect our Soldiers from a myriad of advanced threats without sacrificing tactical mobility or strategic and operational transportability. It must have the capability to be optionally manned to provide commanders additional flexibility to manage tactical risk.

The key responsibilities will include:
Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Participates in special projects as required.
May perform business development activities.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD)/Air Force plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military programs and resources.
Understanding of Corporate Cost Centers highly preferred.
Experience with procurement requisitions highly preferred.
Experience with sub-contractor timekeeping and invoicing highly preferred.
2+ years of experience with program management tools as they relate to cost.
BA/BS with 2+ years of experience is preferred.
Education Required:
BA/BS +2 years' of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
Security Clearance:
Current Secret clearance preferred.
Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
Travel:
Possible travel approximately 20%

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $28.00 - $42.00, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
