GDIT is seeking an experienced IT Service Management and Risk Management NIST 800-37  Systems Assurance Manager Lead. The ideal candidate will have ITSM, RMF, Agile and quality assurance experience in IT operations.  S/he must demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to collaborate with different groups, most of which will not be direct reports, to align priorities and resources by drawing upon shared values and organizational commitment. A background cybersecurity, Remedy, or ServiceNow is a plus.

Lead ITSM Systems Assurance integration of Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, IT Asset & Configuration, and Risk Management compliance to achieve defined outcomes.

Ensuring successful execution of customer services, ensuring intended outcomes are achieved.

Provides weekly and monthly metrics to meet customer-reporting requirements.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff

Support on-time contract deliverables and work products to meet customer expectations.

Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, time management, and sound judgment

Ability to self-motivate while operating effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of related experience, include supervisory

Secret Clearance required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience

ITIL V3 Foundation

Desired Certifications: ITIL Intermediate and PMP

Conduct internal audit IT controls
