Our work depends on a Business Analyst joining our team to support Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the United States Postal Service (USPS) activities located in Arlington, VA. This position is eligible for telecommuting, schedule to be determined by manager. Must live within 2 hours of Arlington, VA.

Writing business and functional requirements in the development of complex software
Facilitating a Business Requirements session lead with 10+ participants representing varied concerns
Work with stakeholders, influence and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects
Create detailed test plans and testing software against requirements
Analyze and write scope change requests to requirements
Work with MS DevOps
What You'll Need:
8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
Strong customer service orientation
Highly self-motivated and directed, with a proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent documentation skills, including writing of effective user stories and use of diagramming software such as MS Visio; experience with wireframing software preferred
Superior presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to translate requirements between business and technical personnel
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days. We can only accept Green Card Holders or US Citizens for this program.
