In this role you will manage data center facility projects and plan facilities equipment upgrades, utilization, moves, etc. The Facilities Manager supervises non-exempt and exempt staff and may be involved in lease negotiations and administration.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Leading IT project teams and work scheduling (7 years)
  • Operational Infrastructure Management (7 years)
  • Data center operations and facilities management (10 years)
  • IT operational planning and process design (7 years)
  • Data center solution architectural design (5 years)
  • Business case development (5 years)
  • Personnel Management (7 years)
  • Technical and Strategic Planning (5 years)
  • Experience maintaining inventories systems and capacity (5 years)
  • Experience implementing new systems and changes (7 years)
  • Expertise in the coordination of maintaining, securing, and controlling the application of upgrades, service packs, patches, firmware, configuration backups, and maintenance agreements of systems (7 years)
  • Experience overseeing data center facilities and infrastructure (7 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field, or equal experience in lieu of education.
