This position is responsible for providing review, triage, and recommendation of requirements for the Customer. The ideal candidate will have initiative, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve with little direction and/or guidance. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, research, or work/military experience Minimum 5 years of related experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
A minimum of 2 years customer related experience Exceptional customer service skills in a multi-tasking environment Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Experience utilizing advanced data management tools and Microsoft Office
Effectively collaborate daily with Customer on requirements, priorities and organizational initiatives. Review, evaluate, triage and prioritize incoming customer requirements against available capabilities, resources and Organizational priorities. Perform all source and open source research and analysis on matters that support operations Identified resources required to support requirements Interact with and advise government organization on requirements and related matters Document and maintain processes and procedures Assist in aligning processes and tech. capabilities to advise on operational support Utilize various applications to document and maintain reporting functions Understand the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to Customer Participate in Customer leadership discussions focused on operational priorities and objectives. Support community partner requirements and assist Customer elements with related business requirements to maintain compliance and nurture excellent inter-customer relationships. Work closely with all Dept. consumers to maintain awareness of Customer capabilities, priorities and limitations. Assist Senior Customer leadership to prioritize appropriate communication with Organization Leadership, as well as Departments. Maintain a continuously flexible and professional attitude with a willingness to "help out" when needed. Participates in special projects as required
