The candidate must be proficient in the systems and documentation that enables material to enter the supply chain, be tracked and exit the supply chain over land, sea, and air. Proficient in the systems and documentation that manage the full life cycle of material, from procurement, receipt, loan, inventory, transfer, acceptance, PTI, destruction, government sales, or transfer as GFE. Office will orient candidate with any Sponsor-unique systems/processes but expects the candidate to possess the foundational fundamentals of the work. Required to work with other members of the logistics team, as well as external partners to accomplish site moves and renovations. Proficient in using the appropriate logistics system and have proficiency of all the documentation elements of a shipment. To include: procurement orders, Invoices, Shipping Manifests, Shipping Labels, Serialization Labels. Proficiency of material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks and Carts}will enable this officer, make they more productive and less like to be injured due to a lifting injury. Able to query procurement systems, receive, ship and track material through supply chain systems.
