PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
Based in Doral, FL
ONSITE role (not hybrid or remote)
This role is responsible for managing team of geographically separated analysts to provide all aspects of administrative services for an enterprise level program of over 300 staff at locations in and outside the United States. Requires interim SECRET clearance to start with willingness to obtain maintain TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access.
Manages staff members and helps perform a variety of complex program, analytical, and contract administrative tasks. Tasks such as preparing financial and staffing reports and correspondence, managing contract documentation, and collaborating with customers and other managers to complete day-to-day operations and meet contract requirements for an enterprise program with over 300 staff at locations in and outside of the United States.
Oversees assigned operations to ensure efficient operation and adherence to relevant government regulations and company policies.
Maintains staffing matrices across program teams.
Conducts various meetings and collaborates with other functions to include contracts, subcontracts, security, human resources and finance.
Manages overseas relocations.
Serves as liaison between recruiting and program management team.
Coordinates site accesses and executive visits.
Develop and enforce budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, and planning and organizing a calendar of events.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
May also perform non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Manages one or more small to medium sized teams consisting of a few disciplines.
Low to Medium Complexity.
Direct reports are typically exempt.
DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Certified Manager Certification, Project Management Professional, Human Resource Management Professional
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS or equivalent
5+ years experience
