Responsibilities:The candidate must have experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services.  Linux administration experience supporting Red Hat servers.  Experience managing virtual machines and environments in VMWare.  Any experience with Amazon Web Services and networking is a plus.  The candidate must have strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.  The position is part of a team that consist of engineers, system administrators, and subject matter experts.  Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide daily operational support for Microsoft Windows applications and operating systems
  • Perform patching on Windows systems using WSUS
  • Linux system administration and patching
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining VMWare infrastructure
  • Responsible for applying DISA STIGs 
  • Responsible for remediating ACAS scan findings
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services
  • Familiar with server hardware including blade server technology
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required
  • Active TS/SCI with SCI
