Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Reporting, developing metrics and conducting data analysis.
Reviewing, documenting, and identifying improvements and solutions to business and Operational processes.
Connecting business unit staff with the organization’s technology staff and resources.
Gathering vital meeting information and generating reports for stakeholders.
Organizing and maintaining business unit corporate accounts, system and software licenses, and distribution lists.
Quality assurance support of vendor/supplier records in various corporate systems.
Providing database administration, system helpdesk, and corporate reporting support.
Overseeing special business operations projects to include planning, requirements organization, management, analysis, training, and execution.
Performing user acceptance testing of system applications and automated processes to include documenting results.
Staying up-to-date on the latest IT advancements in automating/modernizing business systems.
Documentation/file storage management and retrieval.
Preparing, delivering, and tracking internal and external correspondence.
Preparing agendas and minutes for Business Unit-related meetings.
Attending to a variety of office administrative details, such as keeping informed of Business Unit activities, transmitting information, ordering and coordinating supply orders.
Ability to work independently and deliver great customer service.
Data entry into multiple Business Unit systems/applications
To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:
BA or equivalent + 0 years related experience
Exceptional analytical, documentation, time management, reporting, customer service, and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office applications skills
Reporting and Data Analytics skills
It would be great if you also had:
Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, MS Power BI, Sharepoint, Oracle, Costpoint, Cognos, and/or Salesforce
A history of adding extraordinary value
Experience with change management
The ability to understand innovation and apply it practically
Three or more years of experience using technology to solve business needs
Background in government contracting business processes and systems preferred
