GDIT seeks a Futurist/Transformation Leader to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Priority Telecommunications Services program. 

PTS has evolved with the telecommunications industry over the last 25 years, and is preparing to guide that evolution through the coming decades. 

The leader will project long-term changes in how society uses communications, particularly in the National Security/Emergency Preparedness context, and prepare CISA to work with the appropriate industry partners to achieve that vision. 

The candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning, outreach, and partnering, and will serve as a thought leader for the long-term transformation needed to ensure the success of the program. 

The leader will facilitate and make recommendations on how to accelerate carrier acquisition and subscriber adoption. 

The leader will assist the program team and CISA coordinating across carriers or stakeholders, providing strategies and approaches for issue resolution and building consensus.

Education Requirements: Master’s degree in relevant field, PhD preferred and 10+ years’ experience in technology related field
