In this role, a typical day will include the following responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for providing Tier I & Tier II computer technical support received through phone calls, and tickets
Responsible for troubleshooting Windows 10 OS, various software applications, and hardware support issues by identifying problems, investigating causes, and recommending solutions
Expected to work with hardware suppliers and software companies used within our environment to investigate problems and resolve issues
Administer User and Computer accounts within Active Directory
Provides a high level of customer service when interacting with the user base
Support and provide feedback to ensure continual process improvement
3+ years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations supporting Windows OS operating system environments
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Operating System and Office product suite
A+ or Security + Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
Technical knowledge of computing laptop hardware and technologies
Ability to work independently in order to solve technical problems
U.S. Citizenship and an active T3 (NACLC) is required
AA/AS or a related technical discipline
