HOW A SHAREPOINT CONTENT MANAGER AND SITE COLLECTION ADMINSTRAT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The SharePoint Content Manager and Site Collection Administrator works as a member of an enterprise IT Team to support the administration, management, design and implementation of SharePoint related business processes.
Provide automation and increased efficiency to a user base with high operational tempo
Gathering and documenting business requirements, day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks
Ensures quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting customer schedules
Establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with customers, end users and other team members
Conduct software testing and end user SharePoint training
Contributes to the completion of major engineering projects
Develops solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problems of advanced scope and complexity
Prepares and maintains a wide range of documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects
Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and works with management to evolve current processes
Prepares technical writing and/or technical documentation
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, and/or 2019 to include site administration, creating custom content, managing permissions, creating workflows and configuring web parts
Possesses a strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) to include basic business applications and relational database concepts
Experience utilizing and integrating Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and OneNote with SharePoint and other Enterprise Systems
Experience with migration from one version of SharePoint to another is desired (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019)
Self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with minimal direction
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ( or equivalent experience)
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience. (Additional Education, Training, Certification or Work Experience can be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience)
● Security Clearance Level: Must have fully adjudicated Top Secret-SCI security clearance; CI/Polygraph may be required after hire
● Location: On Customer Site
