**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**
Core hours: 7:15am-3:45 pm. Add and remove accesses for all incoming/outgoing personnel, update rosters. seating charts, phone cards, phone trees, org charts with a high level of detail. Greet all visitors and assist with direction to conference rooms or appointment location. Add/remove members from vault. Assist with Time and Attendance. Manage duty roster which requires updating schedule, communicating with management and personnel regarding schedule changes and updates. Manage three conference room schedules. Update reoccurring meetings and deconflict conference room requests. Reserve other conference rooms as required by management. Event-planning -AA will reserve space, organize send out invitations, manage food/beverage procurements on monthly basis. Manage 6 principals calendars. Daily cards will be printed and updated constantly as needed. Manage a separate leave spreadsheet for 20 GS14-SIS managers and publish weekly via email. Manage/order office supplies and track inventory. Place repair tickets for equipment. Update current SOPs and/ or develop new SOPs when needed. Travel arrangements to include visa/passport/flight/hotel reservations.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
