Participates in a team of doctrine writers, training developers, mobile training teams, and social media experts to formulate, design, modify, and publish unit training management doctrine, guidance, and training support. Responsibilities include develop multiple types of IMI products ranging from Level I to Level II IMI products IAW Military Handbook (MIL-HDBK) 296124A, DoDI 1322.20, using Government furnished tools (Adobe eLearning suite) and following the IMI ADDIE process listed in TP 350-70-12; assist team members in creating and updating training products and social media posts; brief Government leaders as requested; and provide required information to the team lead for contract reporting purposes. Secret Clearance is required.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related business field. 2 + years’ experience in instructional development. Working experience and knowledge of Camtasia to develop IMI. Experience working on complex instructional systems design projects. Experience with current technology to support courseware product development that includes graphics, animation, audio, digital video and still images. Experience in conducting field production and post production to produce video elements of a curriculum development program. Experience in designing and development computer based training, electronic performance support systems and other technology-based learning solutions. Experience in developing training objectives and test methods and designing instructionally valid training materials. Familiarization with TDC and MS SharePoint to manage actions to integrate input from multiple sources and to share information among unit training management stakeholders.

 

Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related business field. 5 + years military experience in Operational Army training management or training/training development in Institutional Army. Experience with the Army Training Network (ATN).
