We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader to join our team to modernize and integrate several data centers and legacy systems with enterprise and cloud-based solutions into a holistic shared services solution. This role requires a leader who can drive strategy and implementation of a complex set of processes and technical solutions for the customer. The role will require excellent customer-facing skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, and the ability to build consensus and drive solutions across multiple systems in a multi-vendor environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering IT solutions at an enterprise level, solid project management foundation, including experience with infrastructure / data center and software development life cycle management for systems integration and/or implementation and will have participated in large-scale system integration or release management efforts, using agile methodology for development and deployment processes. They also must have experience managing and coordinating the efforts of multiple Agile Teams and be able to lead them to a higher level on the DevSecOps maturity curve.
Functional Responsibilities:
Serve as the Enterprise Service/Chief Engineer Leader on an enterprise data center and cloud operations and modernization contract responsible for organizing, directing, and managing multiple complex and inter-related services and projects that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Typically oversee all aspects of the service delivery, architecting the transformation solution and leading complex innovation/modernization projects. Identify, analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.

Minimum/General Experience: This position requires a minimum of 15 years progressive experience in managing/leading IT projects and programs, including experience with data centers and infrastructure programs, and using Agile software development and DevSecOps methodologies.
