Logistics Analyst Expert

Our work depends on Logistics Analyst Expert joining our team to support PMA-261 customer logistics requirements for the FMS CH-53K program through the analysis; organization; planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning; spares; maintenance and/or repair activities. Will support the definition, acquisition, and site activation of CH-53K FMS Depot capabilities. Ability to independently perform complex technical analysis and complete detailed projects.

HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.

 

Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.

 

Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

 

Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

 

Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced staff members, and will have supervisory responsibilities.

 

May serve as technical team or task leader.

 

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

 

Participates in special projects as required


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Two years of experience in field related areas may be substituted for one year of college)
● Required Experience: 15+ years of aviation logistics related experience
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, problem solving, planning.
● Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
● Location: California, MD.
