  • Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements  Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process. Identifying, planning and implementing process.

  • Implement and execute Kaizen methodology to all process (include 5S, Lean manufacturing)
  • Evaluate current practices and identify those needing improvement.
  • Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
  • Improve the efficiency of each production process
  • Using  data and other forms of Customer feedback, the role holder will identify and priorities issues that impact the Customer, establish their root cause and provide findings and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to team when needed. Develop and maintain process improvement policies and infrastructure. Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements. Maintain and update all process related documents. Train resources in process improvement techniques
  • Support and educate process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
  • Execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Identifies complex potential risks and compliance issues and provides solutions.
  • May provide guidance to less-experienced Quality Analyst in implementing quality standards and the execution of compliance on every stage of the process.
  • Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers and provides solutions to any quality issues regarding products or services.
  • Develops and implements complex quality assurance strategies and regulations.

  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

  • Background in Industrial engineering, supply chain or system security
  • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Root cause analysis
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple project streams efficiently and diplomatically in a high-pressure, complex environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Office, including, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Project
