At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Technical Analyst supporting ARNG in this role, a typical day will include:

  • Works directly with the  ARNG PM, Mission Command Training Support Program or designated representative, to provide expertise in mission command training strategy, and simulation systems required to support ARNG training.

  • Supports the ARNG PM, MCTSP on projects, through planning, preparing, executing and providing recommendations to assist in conduct of ARNG decision making process.

  • Responsible for maintain relevancy with Army Combined Arms Training Strategy (or most recently HQDA Approved Training Strategy) requirements as they pertain to readiness, and the broad spectrum of Army information systems required to train mission command.

  • Serves as a doctrinal and technical advisor, provides briefing support, and assistance with program initiatives to include special reports, meetings, white papers, and other program initiatives. 

  • Travels and interacts regularly with the National Simulations Center (NSC), PEO-STRI and other enterprise partners as requested by the PM, MCTSP.


  • BS/BA, subject immaterial
  • 6 Years of relevant experience
  • MEL 4
  • Secret Security clearance level
  • 6yrs of combined Army staff experience with extensive plans, program, and policies at the strategic level
  • Expert in UTM and Mission Command training at the Battalion, brigade and/or division level.
  • Knowledgeable in Army information systems to training MC principles
  • Experienced in utilizing Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) to plan and resource training
  • Knowledgeable in Army information systems to training MC principles
  • Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and others)
  • Travel: 33%
  • Preferred qualifications PMP, and/or MEL 1
