Core hours 8 hour day (0600-1800). The AA should work along with the incumbent SA in maintaining the calendars for the Chief, the D/Chief and Chief of OPs, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling VTCs and booking conference rooms, directing incoming visitors, formatting and coordinating memos, setting up computer accounts and providing other adhoc general admin support. The AA will have moderate supervision conducting this primarily transactional work. Because the Department has numerous senior, non-Sponsor visitors, as this is a customer-facing position, the AA must exhibit professional decorum. The standard work day (M-F) for the Department is between am-pm; the AA will coordinate his/her schedule with both the incumbent SA to provide complementary support for this Department. There is no anticipated weekend, overtime, physical lifting or travel/TDY requirements for this position. The Department requires the AA to have documented, previous experience with the Sponsor's computer system, with Outlook, and basic skills with the Microsoft office suite (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Further, the AA should have (or can quickly acquire through OJT) competence in the use of Sponsor Training System, Sponsor Access Request System, Sponsor Internal Communication System, Sponsor Action Tracker, and Sponsor Knowledge Management Application. The AA will be required to get Data Transfer Officer (DTO) certification for transfer of data between Sponsor Systems. Inability to obtain DTO certification is sufficient rationale for removal.
