Our work depends on Systems Technicians joining our Accounts team to support a large infrastructure support effort at Annapolis Junction, MD or Bossier City, LA.
The System Technician's responsibilities and daily duties include:
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers
Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts
Maintains and updates records and tracking database
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
Associates Degree AND 5 years of experience
Must have and maintain 8570 Level I certification (A+, Security+ or similar)
Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills
Multiple shifts and schedules available

CWIP - IAT level I Compliance:
Persons performing in this support role make the CE (Compute Environment) less vulnerable by correcting flaws and implementing IAT (Information Assurance Technical) controls in the hardware or software installed within their operational systems. Persons performing these functions, regardless of their occupational title (e.g. system administrator, help desk technician, information system technician etc.) are identified as part of the IA (Information Assurance) workforce and must be able to support requirements to recognize potential security violations, take appropriate action to report the incident as required by regulations, and mitigate any adverse impact in accordance with policy. (Reference: Policy 6-34) for Cyber Workforce Improvement Plan (CWIP).
