The Program Analyst is an integral part of all day to day activity within the CBP/USBP RVSS Upgrade Program Management Office (RVSS-U PMO).

Under the direct supervision of the RVSS Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager the RVSS Program Analyst will be expected to provide support on a wide range of knowledge areas within the project management discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

 

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Support the development and delivery of approximately 40 contractor deliverables, including but not limited to program, engineering, deployment and maintenance support plans, configuration management documentation, installation drawings and technical data packages, test reports and monthly maintenance summaries.
  • Create templates for deliverables and ensure content meets contractual requirements including quality assurance metrics.
  • Participate or lead internal and customer meetings including but not limited to monthly program management reviews, project status calls, technical interchange meetings, risk management sessions, integrated logistics support working groups, and deployment readiness reviews.
  • Travel required less than 10% of the time.
  • Develop EAC budget models including gathering of all cost inputs from team members.
  • Create key performance metrics and work with the assigned Financial Analyst to monitor cost variance and performance trends.
  • Maintain project delivery schedule files, including identification of contract milestones and perform critical path analysis.
  • As required by the RVSS program manager, support planning strategic initiatives such as developing new industry partnerships, make/buy decisions, and engineering analysis of alternatives (AoA).

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

**IMPORTANT** Position requires a favorably adjudicated Customs and Border Protection Background Investigation (CBP BI). Preference given to candidates with active and current CBP BIs.

 

2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
