At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Subcontract Administrator, Advisor supporting Federal Civilian Agencies, you will be trusted to procure goods and services and support proposal efforts on behalf of GDIT.

In this role, a typical day will include providing support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.


  • Extensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, applicable Agency Supplements, and
  • CAS.
  • Extensive administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to operate and negotiate independently
  • Developing effective research and presentation techniques
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint.
  • Professional certification preferred
  • 8+ years of related experience in Subcontract administration
