HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will provide primary calendar support for two senior executives and serve as the forward-facing representative of the office
The AA will be expected to manage calendar requests to include the workflow of continuously changing priorities against pre-established hierarchy and de-conflicting any issues
The AA must be comfortable with rolling and changing priorities that frequently will result in numerous meetings needing to be re-scheduled
The AA will exercise sound judgement to proactively de-conflict meetings and complete all assigned duties in a timely fashion. AA will demonstrate personal qualities of organization, emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion
The AA will also need to demonstrate a record of prudent, independent action based on executive support experience, creativity, and a strong professional network to maintain a smoothly running and well-coordinated office
It is necessary that the AA possess excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers' routine to highly complex questions in a clear and concise manner
On a daily basis the AA will respond to staffs needs and to customers' questions and inquiries
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by developing working relationships and networks with division/component managers, staff, peers, and external resources
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm, although a 7:00am start time will be considered
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
